LWI Region 5 Mermentau Headwaters - HEC-RAS Simulation: May 2020 Validation

In May 2020, a strong precipitation event occurred. The period of May 9 to May 21, 2020, will be simulated in the HEC-RAS validation modeling effort. The precipitation for this period was up to 6.37 inches for areas in the watershed. This is the May 2020 validation flood run for the Mermentau Headwaters combined model. The hydrology for this event is derived from HEC-HMS model developed by HDR for Mermentau Headwaters region.
